This is the long-range schedule. The chart shows when each team will be the most active, from
who they get reference material, and to who they pass their material. Art teams are depicted in
blue, voice teams are in red, music teams are in green, animation teams are in orange, and the
storyboard team is in purple.
For example, in phase one, both Storyboard and Character Design take cues from the
screenplay. Storyboard passes their work to Sketch and Speaking, and Character Design passes to
Storyboard, Sketch, Lines and Colors. Character Design will probably finish first, and when they do
the team members will go to other teams they're interested in, with Storyboard being the priority
since it will still be active. Once Storyboard is done (end of phase one and beginning phase two),
any team members that have signed up for sketching or voice acting will go to that team, and the
remaining storyboarders will start filling in the gaps in preparation for the animated feature.
